Sinopsis:
Rokudenashi Majutsu Koushi to Akashic Records menceritakan tentang sebuah akademi sihir bernama Alezano Empire’s School of Magical Arts. Disekolah tersebut, ada seorang guru paruh waktu yang lambat, malas, dan tampaknya tidak kompeten sebagai pengajar, ia juga sering tertidur di mejanya. Namanya Gren Reiders. Seorang siswi bernama Sistina Fiebell akhirnya muak dengan kemalasan Gren, satu hari ia menantang gurunya untuk berduel. Hasilnya Gren mengalami kekalahan yang luar biasa akibat perbedaan besar dalam hal kekuatan. Namun, ketika para siswa terjebak dalam serangan teroris mengerikan yang ditujukan pada sekolah, Gren dipaksa untuk menunjukkan kekuatan sejatinya ketika ia berseru “Jangan berani-berani kalian menyentuh siswa saya”
