Sinopsis :
Setelah menjadi pemimpin tim yang baik, nasib tragis menimpa Kei Kurono yang terbunuh dalam sebuah misi. Anggota tim Kurono tidak bisa menyelamatkannya. Tak lama setelah mereka mendapati kematian Kurono, panggilan misi dari Gantz datang. Seperti biasa, Gantz selalu menambah orang di tiap misi. Kali ini ada seorang pemuda bernama Kato Masaru. Dengan kebingungan, Kato mengikuti arahan anggota Gantz lain. Namun siapa sangka, kali ini mereka dikirim ke Osaka untuk membasmi alien Nurarihyon.
Di sana, mereka bertemu dengan tim Gantz Osaka. Berbeda dengan tim Tokyo, tim Osaka beranggotakan orang-orang maniak yang menikmati membunuh alien. Melihat kegilaan ini, Kato berusaha tetap tegar. Karena ada adiknya satu-satunya yang menunggu pulang di rumah. Dia bertekad keras untuk kembali hidup-hidup. Tapi tak semudah itu, karena alien yang muncul dalam misi ini adalah musuh terkuat yang pernah tim Gantz hadapi sampai saat ini!
